Setup and onboarding fees
Once we start work on your project, the setup fee isn't refundable. If you cancel before we've started, we refund it in full, minus any payment processing fees.
Monthly service fees
Monthly fees are paid in advance and cover that billing period. We don't refund partial months. If you cancel mid-month, your service runs through the end of the period you've already paid for.
Custom and quoted projects
For larger builds (full CRM systems, custom apps, and similar), refunds follow the payment terms in your specific contract. Once we start work on a milestone, fees for that milestone aren't refundable.
How to request a refund
Email sales@greenbananaph.com with your name, the service, and the reason for the request. We'll respond within 5 business days.
