greenbananaPH ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have under Republic Act No. 10173, the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012.
Who we are
greenbananaPH is a technology and automation services provider based at 2F Robertson Plaza, Kawit, Cavite, Philippines. We are the personal information controller for the data described here.

What we collect
Information you give us. When you fill in our contact form we collect your first and last name, email address, mobile number, business name, the service you are interested in, the message you write, and how you heard about us. When you book a session with us we collect your name, email address, and the time you select.
Information collected automatically. When you visit this site we collect your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, how long you stay, and the site or advertisement that referred you. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies described below.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information as defined under RA 10173, and we do not ask for it. Please do not include health, financial account, or government ID details in a contact form message.
Why we collect it
- To reply to your enquiry and answer your questions
- To schedule and prepare for a session you have requested
- To provide and support services you engage us for
- To send you follow-up messages about your enquiry, and marketing messages where you have agreed to receive them
- To understand how the site is used and improve it
- To measure whether our advertising is working
- To meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations
We rely on your consent for marketing messages and for non-essential cookies. For everything else we rely on the need to take steps at your request before entering an agreement, on our legitimate interests in running and improving our business, and on compliance with law.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses cookies and tracking technologies from the following providers:
- HubSpot records the pages you view and links that activity to your enquiry if you submit one, so we know what you were interested in before you contacted us.
- Meta Pixel tells us whether visitors arriving from our Facebook and Instagram advertising go on to contact us, and allows us to show ads to people who have visited this site.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking them will not stop you using this site. You can also control the advertising you see from Meta in your Facebook and Instagram ad preferences.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, and only to the extent they need it:
- HubSpot stores our customer records and enquiries
- Meta Platforms measures our advertising
- Calendly handles session scheduling
- Google provides our email, files, and video calls
- Brevo sends our email messages
- Anthropic processes any text you enter into the demonstration tool on our home page
Several of these providers store data on servers outside the Philippines, including in the United States and Europe. Where that happens we rely on the contractual protections those providers offer. We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim.
The demonstration tool
Our home page includes a tool that reads a sample customer message and shows the details it can pull out. Whatever you type there is sent to Anthropic for processing and the result is shown back to you. We do not store the text you enter, we do not keep the result, and neither is linked to you. Please do not paste anything you would not want processed by a third party.
How long we keep it
If you enquire and do not become a client, we keep your information for two years from our last contact with you, then delete it. If you become a client, we keep your records for the duration of our engagement and for ten years afterwards, which is the retention period Philippine tax and accounting rules require for business records. If you ask us to stop contacting you, we keep a minimal record of that request permanently so we can honour it.
How we protect it
This site is served over an encrypted connection. Access to our systems is limited to people who need it and is protected by individual accounts and multi-factor authentication. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable and appropriate organisational, physical, and technical measures as required under RA 10173.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act you have the right to:
- Be informed that your personal data is being collected and processed
- Access the data we hold about you and find out how we obtained it
- Object to processing, including direct marketing, at any time
- Correct information that is inaccurate or out of date
- Erase or block data where processing is unlawful, unnecessary, or no longer needed
- Data portability, meaning you can obtain a copy of your data in a usable electronic format
- Damages, where you suffer harm because of inaccurate, unlawful, or unauthorised use of your data
- Complain to the National Privacy Commission
To exercise any of these, email privacy@greenbananaph.com. We will respond within fifteen working days. We may ask you to confirm your identity first so we do not release your data to someone else.
Opting out
Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also reply to any message from us asking to be removed, or email us directly. Once you opt out we add you to a permanent suppression list and will not contact you again for marketing purposes.
Complaints
If you believe we have mishandled your personal data, please contact us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the National Privacy Commission, 5th Floor Delegation Building, PICC Complex, Roxas Boulevard, Pasay City, or through privacy.gov.ph.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data we will update this page and change the date at the top. Where a change is significant we will tell people who have an active relationship with us.
