Based on the audit, we put together a clear, plain-language strategy document — what we recommend building, why, in what order, and what the expected impact is. No jargon. No 50-page proposals. Just a practical plan you can understand and make decisions from.

We walk you through the roadmap in a review session, answer every question, and adjust based on your feedback. You only proceed if you're fully aligned with the plan — there's no pressure to move forward at any stage.

Build & Implement

This is where we do the work. We build the systems, automations, apps, or infrastructure defined in the roadmap — and we keep you in the loop throughout with regular check-ins, progress updates, and opportunities to give feedback before anything is finalized.

You'll leave the session with useful insights regardless of whether you become a client. If there's no fit, we'll tell you honestly rather than pushing a project that isn't right for you.

What happens if we don't like the direction mid-project? +

We build in review checkpoints specifically to catch this early. If the direction needs to change, we adjust — it's part of how we work, not an exception. We'd rather pivot early than deliver something that doesn't fit. We've never had a project fail because of a direction change; we have had projects improve significantly because of them.

Do we need to be technical to work with you? +

Not at all. We're specifically designed for non-technical Filipino business owners and teams. We explain everything in plain language, avoid jargon, and make sure every decision is one you can understand and evaluate yourself. In fact, most of our best clients describe themselves as "not very tech-savvy" — that's exactly who we're built for.

Can we start with just one service and expand later? +

Absolutely — and most clients do. We often start with the highest-impact item from the audit (frequently automation or AI integration) and expand into other services once you've seen results and built trust in the process. What if our business is in the province — not in Metro Manila? +

All our services are fully available remotely via Google Meet — clients across Cebu, Davao, Pampanga, and elsewhere work with us just as effectively as Metro Manila businesses. For clients who prefer in-person workshops, we can arrange site visits for multi-day engagements. Distance has never been a barrier to great results.
